Introduction
Core Composer is mainly used for the production of three-ply board,sandwich board, LVL,floor substrate, furniture panel, building film face board, container board, Melamine Faced Board etc, and it can also be used for the vertical splicing of rotary cut median plate with the thickness of 1.2-3.6mm.this changes the traditional manual decking technology and makes plywood decking unitized and automatically.

Our Machine Advantage
1. Our core composer adopts electromagnetic clutch with synchronous axis, and the front veneer move and pulls the back veneer to avoid the overlapping and veneer stucking. Other manufacturers are servo motors with up and down chain drive, through the chain to move veneer, behind the veneer push the front of the veneer drive, easy to cause veneer stucking.

2. Our core composer has two press wheel. The front one is against to transport gear for transporting core veneer. The behind one is against to cooling wheel for cooling the glue. Two press roller make board connection part more even. But other factory only have one pressure wheel. The transport gear is drived by electromagnetic clutch



3. Five pieces servo motor, 2pcs*3kw servo motor for cutting. 2pcs*3kw servo motor for driving. 1pc*1.1kw servo motor for waste veneer removing. All use Planetary reducer. Other factory only have 2 pieces servo motor for driving. Others are all normal motor.

4. Our machine use two bearing to fix the cutter blade. It can reduce the friction with cutter, so it is more durable. Other factory use copper block to fix blade. It need oil often, and if too tight, the friction is too big. If too loose, it will cause cutting not precise.

5. We add one spring on cutter part, it can reduce noise and shock. So the cutter is more precise and durable.


6. The main drive gear is made of 40 Chromium Manganese Titanium material

7. Glue trough is made of aluminum, better Thermal conductivity than iron. Price is 5-7 times of iron.
