1.The main motor is a DC speed-regulating motor equipped with a dual air brake structure and electric braking system, enabling fast and stable braking.
2.The knife carriage assembly comprises the knife carriage, cutting knife, knife adjusting bolts, heating tubes and other components. The heating tubes fitted on the knife carriage can prevent iron stain marks on veneer.
3.Dual servo motors are used to adjust the blade angle for faster and more precise adjustment.
4.Different rotary peeling frequencies can be selected according to varying wood species and required veneer thickness.
