Product Introduction
The short cycle hot press machine working principle is by supplying heat and pressure,pass through hot platens then come to surface of melamine paper,make the melamine glue melt and become solid with certain texture by the stainless steel plate,then leads a designed surface on the laminate surface.
The surface texture is depended by the stainless-steel chrome plate which is installed inside hot press machine. The press machine is pressing the board touching by chrome plate. That is how the surface design came out. The laminated boards have many artificial surface such as MIRROR, MATT, SUEDE, WOODGRAIN, SUEDE, EMBOSSED, 3D etc.
The short cycle laminating line is mainly used for laminating melamine decorative paper on core board such as MDF or Particle Board to make beautiful decorative furniture board.It works combine with stainless steel press plate,to work out different types of surface texture such as mirror,glossy,matt, suede,woodgrain,stone,3D etc.This kind of laminated panel is widely used for table,desk,cabinet,wall panel and flooring etc.
The auto lamination line has many flexible custom-made functions such as pusher,brusher,auto loading system,auto unloading sys- tem,trimmer,cooling line,jinspection,stacking etc.
