Description
OSB board is one of the new varieties of particleboard. When laying and shaping the shavings, the upper and lower surface layers of the oriented strand board are arranged longitudinally with mixed adhesive shavings according to their fiber direction, while the core layer shavings are arranged transversely to form a three-layer structural board embryo, which is then hot pressed into oriented strand board. The shape of this particle board requires a large aspect ratio, and the thickness is slightly thicker than that of ordinary particle boards. The methods of directional paving include mechanical orientation and electrostatic orientation. The former is suitable for directional paving of large shavings, while the latter is suitable for directional paving of small shavings. The directional paving of oriented strand board gives it the characteristic of high strength in a certain direction, and it is often used as a structural material instead of plywood.

Advantage
1. Adopting high-quality and advanced planer, particle metering device, and automatic gluing system, accurate metering, good mixing effect, and low glue consumption;
2. Using a single channel or three channel dryer, the diamond roller or squirrel cage roller paving machine can be used to lay and shape high-quality homogeneous particleboard with high stability.
3. In terms of environmental protection, the pollution of the particleboard production line mainly comes from dust. In our design and manufacturing, we attach great importance to the removal of dust and use cyclone separators with bag dust removal and pulse dust removal to reduce dust emissions.
4. The hot press machine has the characteristics of short closing time, uniform heating, and small surface pre curing layer.
