Complete Chipboard Particle Board Machine Production Line, Particle board equipment is a type of artificial board made by pressing small diameter wood, branch wood, wood processing residues, or non wood materials such as sugarcane bagasse and cotton stalks through mixing and gluing.
Chipboard Making Machine Line is divided into particle preparation sections based on the production process of particle board; Drying and screening section; Adjustment and supply of glue section; Gluing section; Forming and hot pressing section; Sawing edge section; Sanding section; Electronic control system, etc.
Our production line have been exported to Russia, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Morocco, etc more than 30 countries. We have manufactured and installed more than 150 PB, OSB & MDF production line.

CHIPPING SECTION
After being chipped, the crotch, undersized log and other raw materials are conveyed to the chip bin by belt conveyor and bucket elevator for transition storage. The outsourcing chips are conveyed to the chip bin by stock bin, belt conveyor and bucket elevator for transition storage.

DRYING SECTION& SCREENING SECTION
After the wet wood shavings are conveyed to the three-access particle drying system by the discharging screw conveyor and belt conveyor of wet wood shavings bin for drying, the collected wood shavings and sawdust are conveyed to the three-access wood shavings drying system for drying by the discharging screw conveyor, belt conveyor, vibration screen and belt conveyor of stock bin.


PAVING SECTION&hot pressinig section
The surface wood shavings upon gluing are conveyed to the mechanical grading and paving machine by the belt conveyor and screw conveyor. With the principle that the blank size is different for the different gaps among the diamond roll, it is paved the uniform and flat board slab by level (layer). The board slab is conveyed to the base plate of loader through some procedures, including permanent iron remover, performer, edger, cut-off saw, accelerating conveyor, rapid conveyor, weighing conveyor, storage conveyor and loading conveyor, then the loader conveyed the board slab to the multi-layer hot press (the thermal medium is conduction oil) for hot press and forming. The rough board formed by multi-layer hot press is pushed to the unloader by base plate.



End treatment section
The rough board staying in the unloader is conveyed to the cooling infeed conveyor by the discharging conveyor and skew roller conveyor, and then conveyed to the cooling board reversing machine by the cooling infeed conveyor for cooling. The rough board cooled in the board cooling machine is conveyed by the cooling discharging conveyor to the vertical and horizontal trimmer for trimming and then separated into semi-finished particle board, which is finally conveyed to the elevator platform for stacking by the discharging conveyor. The forklift transfers the piled semi-finished particle board to the semi-finished product storage station of plant for further cooling and preservation.

Advantage
Characteristics of Tianli particle board production line
1.Adopt advanced particle measurement device and glue blender, with accurate measurement, good glue blending effect and low glue consumption;
2.Adopt domestic leading pre-pressing technology, to greatly improve the quality of particle board and also reduce the consumption of paster, so as to greatly reduce the production cost.
3.Adopt advanced diamond roll grading paving machine, to make the surface fine, control the quality of section grading structure, and greatly reduce the warping degree of finished particle board.
4.For the environmental protection, the particle board production line is mainly polluted by the dust. On the design and manufacture, we specially focus on the removal of dust, and remove the dust with cyclone separator and pulse, and reduce the dust discharge.
