The most outstanding feature of this machine is its large-diameter main roller, reaching Φ410 mm. The rollers complete full double-sided gluing for one wood panel after two rotations. The large roller runs much more smoothly, delivering uniform glue coating without missing glue or glue accumulation on local areas. It guarantees consistent glue application on every board, preparing perfect conditions for the subsequent hot pressing and laminating process.
This glue spreader is equipped with variable frequency speed control system, with linear speed adjustable from 0 to 35 m/min. Operators can adjust the working speed freely according to wood material, board thickness and glue type. Whether you process thin plywood or thick solid wood boards, you can set the optimal speed to balance gluing precision and production efficiency.
The squeeze roller adopts full stainless steel cladding. The stainless steel surface is wear-resistant and anti-corrosive. It will not get rusty even under long-time contact with glue. Compared with ordinary carbon steel rollers, its service life is greatly extended and it reduces maintenance costs for roller replacement.
This model comes with a 1600mm effective roller length, perfectly matching 4ft wood panels. When processing standard 4ft boards, there is an extra 200mm working space reserved. The advantage of this design is clear: workers can refill glue while the machine keeps running, no need to shut down the equipment. It eliminates the time loss from repeated stopping and restarting. The production line maintains continuous operation, which greatly improves total output. For factories with large orders and tight deadlines, this is a great solution to boost profit.
The main frame is welded with 20# channel steel, solid and heavy-duty. It resists vibration and deformation under long continuous operation. Chain drive system provides stable power transmission. Core electrical components are well-known reliable brands: Guomao 4# reducer, Nanjing Youlu 7.5KW motor and Oulu 7.5KW frequency inverter. These parts are widely used in woodworking machinery, easy to source and convenient for after-sales service.
