Fiber Preparation Section 42-inch large thermal refiner (main motor 2250kW, 11kV), pre-steaming bin, 3000㎡ drying duct, dual 4500mm cyclone separators, rotary airlock valves. Process dry fiber output reaches 10 tons per hour, stable fiber moisture control.

Rear Cooling Processing Section 24-arm star cooling turnover machine, stacking system, roller lifting tables, forklift conveying rollers. Hot pressed boards get fully cooled to prevent deformation and warping.
Sanding & Sawing Finishing Section Three sets of wide-belt sanders (4-head + 4-head + 2 polishing heads), longitudinal & transverse edge saws, automatic grading & stacking machines. Final board thickness tolerance controlled within ±0.08mm, smooth surface for veneer, melamine lamination or painting.
Central Electric Control System Central PLC intelligent control cabinet, unified monitoring of all sections, real-time parameter adjustment, fault automatic alarm, easy operation and low labor requirement.
