The WB series horizontal veneer slicer is independently developed for the reconstructed wood / tech-wood industry. Absorbing advanced domestic and overseas craftsmanship, this machine adopts multiple new-type materials and innovative technologies to deliver stable feeding and simple operation.
Equipped with four lead screws for synchronous lifting and feeding, the worktable runs steadily without shaking or position deviation. Servo-driven thickness control guarantees high feeding precision. The sliced veneer features tiny thickness tolerance and excellent consistency.
The exclusive veneer discharging structure outputs flat veneers and effectively avoids curling & deformation, greatly improving finished-product quality. Centralized automatic lubrication station reduces wear on transmission parts and extends machine service life. Human-friendly electric control system brings easy daily operation and convenient maintenance.
This horizontal slicer achieves uniform cutting and high-speed production. It works well with various base timber and becomes the preferred processing equipment for standard 4×8-ft veneer boards, helping mills save labor and boost overall efficiency.
