To consolidate the professional product knowledge of our foreign trade staff, and gain an in-depth understanding of the structure, technical features of veneer peeling machines as well as pain points encountered by end users, the foreign trade team of SINOEURO (Shandong) Machinery recently visited the veneer peeling machine workshop for immersive on-site training. The training was brought right to the production line, allowing team members to closely observe the full manufacturing process of the machines.
Led and guided by workshop technical engineers, the team toured multiple working procedures including frame machining, tool post assembly, CNC system commissioning and complete machine test running. The engineers elaborated on the core working principle of CNC veneer peeling machines: log spindle feeding, precise veneer thickness control, knife gap adjustment, variable frequency speed regulation and other key components. They also analyzed equipment selection criteria for logs of different materials and diameters, together with practical problems frequently seen in plywood production lines such as uneven veneer thickness and broken veneer.
The foreign trade team watched live veneer peeling tests, directly experiencing the machining accuracy and production capacity of the machines. They recorded parameter differences and optional configurations for various models (spindleless veneer peeling machines and spindle veneer peeling machines), as well as key export-related information including CE certification and adaptation to overseas voltage standards. The team held face-to-face discussions with technical specialists on questions frequently raised by international clients, covering production output, wearing part replacement, installation & commissioning, after-sales maintenance and more, getting all queries answered.
This on-site workshop training broke the limitation of learning only through drawings and documents.
