I. Full Tour of Production Lines to Witness Standardized Manufacturing of High-Quality Grinding Wheels
Accompanied by the plant manager, the SINOEURO team toured five core workshops: raw material mixing, cold pressing, constant-temperature sintering, precision finishing, quality inspection and warehousing. They observed the whole production process of grinding wheels and learned key technical controls for wear resistance, safety and stability.

1. Precise Raw Material Proportioning to Eliminate Product Defects at Source
The team first visited the raw material batching area to inspect core abrasives including brown fused alumina and silicon carbide, phenolic resin binders and various fillers. The plant weighs and mixes materials accurately based on required hardness and grain size of different grinding wheels. Special mixing equipment fully stirs the raw materials while strictly controlling the viscosity of mixtures to achieve even combination of abrasive grains and binders. This avoids quality defects such as porosity and delamination of formed grinding wheels at the production source.

2. High-pressure Cold Press Forming, Multi-layer Reinforcement for Higher Operational Safety
Entering the cold pressing workshop, multiple CNC hydraulic cold presses were in steady operation. Workers filled mixed raw materials into custom steel molds; the machines accurately controlled pressing force and holding time to form neat grinding wheel blanks. Multi-layer fiber mesh was added as reinforcement during production to greatly boost the tensile strength of grinding wheels and prevent cracking risks during high-speed grinding. This elaborate process was highly recognized by our technical team.

3. Segmented Constant-Temperature Sintering to Control Core Cutting Performance of Grinding Wheels
Curing and sintering is the key process that determines the wear resistance, hardness and cutting power of grinding wheels. The team visited fully automatic constant-temperature kilns. The factory adopts a three-stage temperature control process: low-temperature pre-drying, medium-temperature sintering and slow gradient cooling. The precise temperature curve is maintained throughout the whole procedure to avoid inconsistent performance and excessive wear of grinding wheels caused by temperature fluctuations, ensuring stable and uniform performance of every batch of products.

4. Precision Finishing to Eliminate Grinding Chatter
Sintered semi-finished products are sent to the precision finishing workshop. Equipment polishes and levels the inner and outer circles as well as end faces of grinding wheels to standardize thickness, inner hole size and parallelism. All wheels undergo static balance testing after dimensional trimming to correct center-of-gravity deviation. This guarantees smooth rotation at high speeds, greatly reduces workpiece grinding chatter and improves surface finish of machined parts.

5. Rigorous Multi-Inspection to Meet Factory Safety Standards
The last stop of the tour was the finished product inspection and packaging warehouse. The factory has established a complete ex-factory inspection system. All grinding wheels go through hardness testing, rotational burst safety testing and full visual defect screening. Defective products with cracks, edge chipping or eccentricity are fully rejected. Qualified products are labeled with specifications, wrapped for protection and stored in the warehouse. This series of grinding wheels is widely applied for wood gear grinding, tool sharpening, metal sheet deburring and other processes, and perfectly compatible with all processing equipment of SINOEURO MACHINERY.
