Indonesian Customer Visits SINOEURO Factory for CNC Veneer Peeling Lathe Inspection
Recently, valued customers from Indonesia plywood industry visited SINOEURO factory in Shandong. They focused on inspecting spindleless veneer lathe, spindle veneer lathe and veneer peeling & clipping integrated machine. Our sales and technical team accompanied the whole visit and carried out on-site machine test.
The guests toured the assembly workshop and test area. They carefully checked machine frame structure, CNC feeding system, log centering accuracy, veneer thickness consistency and material yield, to verify its performance for local logs in Indonesia. Our engineers ran the peeling test on site. We answered questions about small diameter log processing, thin veneer peeling, running stability, power consumption, spare parts replacement, local voltage adaptation, CE certification and complete production line layout. Different configurations were compared to offer suitable solutions for their plywood plant.
Indonesia is a key plywood production base in Southeast Asia with abundant log resources. The customer came to China to verify machine quality and delivery capacity. After on-site test and technical discussion, they highly recognized the stable operation, good veneer quality and solid workmanship. Both sides discussed project proposal, lead time and overseas after-sales support, and reached preliminary cooperation intention.
