Working Principle of Plywood Hydraulic Hot Press
The plywood hot press relies on the dual combination of high hydraulic pressure and constant high temperature heat conduction to complete the bonding and shaping of glued veneers, its full working cycle principle is divided into 4 steps:
1.Feeding Preparation After cold pre-pressing and defect trimming, stacked glued face veneers, core veneers are transported to the hot press station via automatic feeding trolley. Each plywood stack is sent to the independent layer gap of the hot press platens.
