The process flow of particleboard production line mainly includes the following key steps:
Raw material selection and processing: Select high-quality wood as raw material, such as pine, birch, etc. These woods should have good hardness, stability and water resistance. The wood needs to be sawn to meet the requirements and dried to reduce the moisture content and improve the quality of particleboard.
Wood chip preparation: The treated wood is fed into the sawdust machine to cut into fine wood chips, and the size of the wood chips is ensured to be uniform to improve the quality of particleboard.
Particleboard manufacturing: The wood chips are fully mixed with the adhesive to ensure the uniform distribution of the adhesive. The mixed wood chips and adhesive are fed into the particleboard machine for pressing and extrusion into an appropriate thickness to form a particleboard. The thickness and size of the particleboard need to be adjusted according to actual needs.
Particleboard processing: The particleboard is trimmed to make it flat around and remove the unbalanced parts of the edge. Cut the particleboard into the required size and shape according to actual needs.
Surface treatment: Sand the surface of the particleboard to remove the rough and uneven parts of the surface. Paint, spray and other treatments are carried out to improve the aesthetics and waterproof performance of the particleboard.
Inspection and packaging: Strictly inspect the manufactured particleboard to ensure that its quality meets the standard requirements. According to the prescribed packaging standards, the qualified particleboard is packaged.
Finished product storage and logistics: Store the packaged particleboard to ensure its safety and integrity. Arrange a suitable logistics plan to transport the particleboard to the destination.
