We use brown fused alumina and silicon carbide as main abrasives, matched with phenolic resin binder and fillers. Raw materials are weighed strictly according to required hardness and grit size. Full mixing ensures even blending of abrasives and binder with proper viscosity to prevent porosity and delamination during forming.

2. Cold Press Forming
Mixed materials are filled into custom steel molds and cold-pressed at high pressure via hydraulic machines. Pressure and holding time are calibrated per specifications to form neat wheel blanks. Multi-layer fiber mesh reinforcement boosts tensile strength and eliminates cracking during high-speed rotation.

3. Curing & Sintering
Wheel blanks are thermally treated in a constant-temperature kiln in three staged heating cycles: low-temperature pre-drying, medium-temperature sintering and slow cooling for full resin binder solidification. The kiln temperature curve is precisely controlled, as any temperature deviation will impair the wheel's hardness, wear resistance and cutting performance.

4. Precision Finishing & Dressing
Sintered wheels undergo inner/outer circle grinding and face truing to calibrate thickness, bore size and parallelism. Static balance testing follows to correct center-of-gravity offset, ensuring stable high-speed rotation and minimizing grinding chatter.

5. Quality Inspection & Packaging
Finished wheels go through sequential tests including hardness check, rotational burst safety test and visual defect inspection to reject defective items with cracks, chipped edges or eccentricity. Qualified products are labeled, wrapped for protection and warehoused, suitable for wood cutter sharpening, tool regrinding and panel deburring.
